Glenn is a recognised leader in the spatial information technology industry. He joined Spatial Vision in 2000 as CEO, and became Managing Director in 2004. With more than 30 years of experience, gained working both in Australia and internationally, Glenn has a wealth of knowledge regarding managing professional service organisations. Glenn’s career has spanned both government and corporate sectors. He has worked extensively with all levels of government. Glenn is strategic thinker and advocate of how spatial systems, data and analysis can be utilised to improve organisational decision-making and efficiency, and address some of our most pressing environmental, economic and resource issues. Glenn has been an active participant within the spatial information industry for many years. He is the immediate past Chairman of Spatial Industries Business Association (SIBA), Chairman of the Program Advisory Committee for the School of Mathematical and Geospatial Sciences at RMIT, and Member of the Department of Infrastructure Engineering Advisory Committee at the University of Melbourne and an active promoter of the Spatial Information Industry within Australia. Glenn was a member of the Victorian Spatial Council for over four and half years, and the recipient of the Spatial Science Institute’s Victorian Spatial Professional of the Year Award in 2007.

Ian Miller

Ian Miller has been working in the spatial information technology area for more than twenty years, specialising in the planning, designing and building of information systems which seamlessly integrate spatial and textual information. He is a specialist in analysing business requirements at a high level and translating these into effective information and technical architectures. Ian is well recognised for his insight into trends in the development of the Information Technology industry and provision of sound, pragmatic advice for the application of technology. Ian supports this with practical experience in solution design and high level project management skills that have delivered large and small-scale projects throughout Australia.

Stephen Farrell

Stephen has developed and applied spatial technology to support better natural resource management for over 25 years. Stephen’s extensive experience includes leading nationally significant projects such as scenario modelling for Melbourne Peri-urban region, delineation of old-growth forests, and assessing the consequences of possible environmental, social and economic asset loss due to wildfire. Most recently, Stephen led a project to develop and apply an impact and vulnerability assessment process that identified the likely impacts of Climate Change on Victoria’s national assets and environment. This project won the 2014 Victorian Environment and Sustainability Award for Spatial Excellence.

Graeme Martin

Graeme is passionate about devising solutions using geospatial information to assist people to make decisions. Graeme manages Spatial Vision’s marketing and sales activities as well leads major consulting projects.

For over twenty years Graeme has assisted a range of organisations with strategic advice, design of bespoke information systems, stakeholder engagement and skills transfer. Graeme has worked across a range of sectors including international development assistance, emergency services, water utilities, natural resource managers, commercial services and local government.

Dr Zaffar Sadiq Mohamed-Ghouse

Zaffar is a trusted adviser to many National and International spatial organisations. He joined Spatial Vision in 2018 as Executive Director-Strategic Consulting, and brings over 20 years of expertise and experience. Zaffar has led multi-million dollar projects for State and Federal government clients in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Saudi Arabia. He has experience working in Government, Academic/Research and Corporate sectors in client management; strategic consulting studies; business development; project management; developing and reviewing spatial data infrastructures; systems review and integration for utilities and local government; design, development and management of spatial data models and databases; review of data framework policies and governance; developing spatial analytical techniques and technologies including GIS application development. Zaffar has been a member of ISO TC/211 committee since 2010 and has contributed to the ISO 19157 Spatial Data Quality standard and is currently working on the BIM2GIS standards. He is also a founding member of the UN-GGIM Private Sector Network.

Zaffar holds many leadership appointments including: President, Surveying and Spatial Sciences Institute, Chairman, Open Digital Earth Foundation and Board Member, International Society of Digital Earth and Adjunct A/Professor appointment at University of New South Wales and University of Melbourne. He has previously been a recipient of, "President’s Award - International Society of Digital Earth" and “Young Professional Award” by the Surveying Spatial Sciences Institute, Australia.
